This course is ideal for beginners. If you have always wanted to learn more about Tai Chi then why not explore your journey with this 6 week Introductory Course.
Unlike most forms of exercise and sport, Tai Chi doesn’t rely on strength, force and speed, which makes it ideal for everyone, young and old, strong or not. The Course will cover the three main aspects to learning the traditional Chinese art:
Centralising Chi (Energy)
Circulating Chi (Energy)
Applying Chi (Energy)
An Introductory Course is a great way to start your Tai Chi journey. Focusing on the beginner, no previous tai chi knowledge is required. We’ll take you from the start.
